Tom Colicchio, the celebrity chef, is now in charge of J.P. Morgan’s former dining room, serving lunchtime hamachi crudo, seared quail, ricotta gnocchi, and, for brunch, a lobster omelet. The spacious cafe adjacent to it has easygoing fare like onion dip, steamed mussels and a burger. Beer, wine and cocktails are served.
